Week of May 10th

Welcome to another week! We only have three more weeks left of school! Our spelling words for this week are:

This week we have Field Day on Wednesday the 12th. We are in need of some water bottles and sliced oranges for our class. Please let me know if you can provide any. The students will be able to dress down this day because they will be getting wet! They may wear a swim suit but must wear a shirt over the top if it is a two piece. Boys must wear a shirt with their swim trunks.

Our end of the year field trip is coming up! Permission slips were sent home last Tuesday, the 4th. If you need another copy or have questions please let me know.

The girls won the penny war so they have earned a dress down day this Tuesday the 11th! Way to go girls!

Week of May 3rd

We are coming into our last four weeks of school! This year has really flown by! Our spelling words for this week are:

We are doing the math homework the same as last week, as the packet, and the phonics will be coming home daily.
We have our last dress down for a dollar this week! Make sure to show off your style on Wednesday the 5th.
Girls won the penny war so they will get their free dress down day sometime this week. I will keep you posted.
For our field trip/end of year party we are looking at about $2.50 per student. There will be more information coming your way when the permission slips come home.
