Week of October 21st

Welcome to another wonderful week in kindergarten!  The Pumpkin Patch is pretty far away so we are going to try and leave school by 8:45 on Monday, October 28th.  Please have your student here early that day, around 8:00am so that your student has time for breakfast.  Please remember to send a sack lunch with your student that day. Everything will be thrown away at the park after the picnic.
Volleyball season is upon us and there will be a few days that I will not be able to walk the students up front for pick-up due to a game.  Upcoming games:
Tuesday, October 22nd
Monday-Wednesday, October 28th-30th
On Halloween we will be having a little party!  I have put out a list of treats our class has brainstormed for the party! If you would like to help please sign up, the list will be on the door.
Students can not wear their costumes to school that day but sometimes we get to wear jeans and a Halloween shirt, I will keep you updated when I find out!
This week homework will go home today, Monday, and is due on Friday. This will be the last reading log to turn in for October and I will hand out Book It tickets for students that have turned in every one of their reading logs on time.
We are working on the letter T this week and beginning to write a class story!  In math we are working on numbers 6-10 and identifying and making growing patterns.
HARVEST FESTIVAL is this Friday, October 25th from 6-8 at school!  I will be doing a tattoo booth, come stop by and see me!
